Garantie
We offer a 12-month guarantee on all used notebooks, PCs and monitors we sell! For many devices from these categories, it is also possible to arrange a guarantee with a term of 24 months for an additional charge.
Conditions of the guarantee:
1. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
2. We provide warranty services for defects due to material and manufacturing errors. The guarantee does not cover defects due to misuse or as a result of improper handling.
3. It is at the discretion of RCM IT Refurbish Center GmbH, Max-Eyth-Str. 27, 70723 Fellbach/Oeffingen whether the devices will be repaired or replaced. If neither is possible, a refund will be made based on the current value of the device.
4. Guarantee services provided do not result in an extension of the guarantee period or a new guarantee.
5. Claims must be made in text form within the guarantee period (the relevant contact details can be found on the guarantee certificate).
6. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us. We will send you a DHL parcel stamp with which you can send your device to us free of charge. Please enclose the warranty card you received from us or a copy of the purchase invoice in the package.
7. The costs for return shipping will be borne by us if the defect claimed is within the scope of our warranty obligation.
8. Guarantee claims only exist in the case of material and construction defects. The following points are not covered by the guarantee (the list is not necessarily exhaustive):
Defects caused by the entry not being packaged securely for transport
Defects caused by interventions that were not carried out professionally
Damage caused by improper handling
Damage caused by weather influences
Damage caused by overvoltage
Damage caused by computer viruses, programming or software errors
natural wear and tear (e.g. battery wear)
normal signs of wear and tear
9. The scope of the guarantee is Germany.
10. The warranty rights existing in accordance with our general terms and conditions are not restricted by the guarantee.
Please note:
Any damage/defects that occur that are not covered by the scope of the guarantee can, if technically possible, be repaired against reimbursement of costs. In such a case, we will of course send you a non-binding cost estimate. Our customer service will be happy to provide you with an offer. Subject to our Terms and Conditions, all other used products we sell are covered by the statutory 12 month warranty.
