We offer both new and used IT equipment on our website. All used devices were subjected to a comprehensive refurbishing process by our employees. This includes thorough cleaning, checking all functions and, if necessary, replacing components. This means that all used devices are in technically perfect condition and are not subject to any functional restrictions. You will always receive a technically flawless device from us, regardless of whether it is a notebook, PC, monitor, smartphone or tablet!
To avoid returns, we evaluate the devices according to strict criteria. If you are still dissatisfied with a device you purchased from us, you can send it back to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt. You will then immediately receive either your money back or a replacement device, depending on what you prefer. We also give a 1-year guarantee on all used notebooks, PCs, monitors, smartphones and tablets.
Brand new
All items declared as “new” are of course exactly that: new devices with a guarantee and in the original packaging.
New:
These are goods that were used as exhibits for demo purposes. Visually and technically in new condition. In individual cases, however, it is possible that the battery no longer has its full capacity of 100%.
Renew
The products labeled “Renew” are exhibition pieces, demonstration devices, returned devices or goods that have been refurbished directly by the manufacturer. Visually in mint condition with minimal signs of wear that are not noticeable at first glance. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, “Renew” goods will also be shipped in their original packaging.
Refurbished A - Very good
The devices are used. Minimal to medium visible signs of wear are possible.
Refurbished B - Good
The devices are used and have always been treated with care; minimal to medium visible signs of use are possible. See example images
Refurbished B - Acceptable
Medium to significant signs of wear must be expected for devices with this classification.

Delivery times
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
